its funny how u feel better when u cuss. that's exactly the truth, and you know why? that's the devil doing that. Satan makes sin appealing and makes you feel better... for a while... when you do something bad. i know, i've done bad things before then feel more manly, better about myself, then soon enough the guilt starts to come.

That's true, Mel. You feel good momentarily, but sooner or later you're convicted. That's how sin is. We know better so when we sin we know we did wrong. What point is there to do something wrong to feel good for a second when you'll feel terrible forever until you repent?

Yes, and then there is the part where not only are you convicted in your heart, but some sin can lead to physical illness, and then you have to deal with that as well! But then, cussing never did that, but, it can get the person into deep trouble, especially when they do it in certain settings, like work or school.

or Church! (i've never cussed in Church, just saying... actually, i've only cussed twice, once when i was little and didn't know what it meant, and then once when I was unsaved and really angry.) (I know a guy who cussed in Church by accident... and he was in some kind of trouble. )

It's funny, I had a conversation once about cussing with my son's father. I told him that cuss words don't have a valid role in proper grammar (he's so fond of proper grammar).

Ulan's right... I didn't understand a word you said. And yes, most of us are very religious people... some more than others, but you must remember... it's the Christian based theme that kept this site... it's the Christian heritage that's kept America all these years... just a side note... You notice most sites come and die out... well this site has survived... I beleive it's Chrstian theme has something to do with that...

Yo listen man I am catholic but I am not very religous. I dont care if you buhdisht muslim or even worship jello. The point is that if your gonna make this site a christian based theme there are other people in america that worship plenty of diffrent things. It is the diversity that makes the US the best place in the world. What I fail to understand is how saying a few cuss words makes me evil and is the work of the devil. The devil has no control over what I do like god. Those choices I make can dictate where I go in the after life. In my honest opinion I think there are worse people out there who might go to hell and if thats a censord word I am sorry but honestly I think we have all sinned. I dont see whats wrong with using a word that can hurt people. I am sure that shooting people is much better out let I dont belive in bottling up your feelings. If your feeling good then say it if you pissed then scream show your emtion.

Yeah... well... to begin with America started Christian based... none other but Christianity... Catholosism came in through the Spanish explorers and Islamic religions came in when Muslims started invading the nation... But America itself was originally Christian, just like the original language was and still is English. Diversity is a good thing, because it helps us to learn different cultures. But we must never forget our Christian background. And yes, sin does carry you to hell. Psa 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. We look at all the recent HUGE empires dealt with in the Bible. Each one, when they turned from God, He brought His wrath to it and the next one came. God uses the next Empire to get rid of the previous one. I don't think it'll be long until God wipes out America. It turns from God every day!
