The Connie landed smoothly into a docking platform, a hole in the ground more or less, in Kway Teow, the Capitol of Felucia. Immediately after touching down, he left swiftly, managing to evade any customs officers. With his neuronic whip tucked up a sleeve, he searched the streets for anything that might suggest a lead on his quarry.

Ragath marches off through the streets, and, considering it prudent, wanders into the slums. Now, Ragath isn't the most inconspicuous image of sentient life, so people saw him. Eventually, someone tapped-erm, punched-him on the shoulder.
He hissed. It was a Twi'lek thug in what appeared to be a dark gray and black uniform. Now, the Twi'lek, not knowing Barabel sociology, didn't realize that this was a laugh. So he pulled out a stun baton to defend himself and his bruised fist, and was immediately hit by immense pain.
Ragath had already snatched his neuronic whip in his hand, and had it on the highest setting. Searing pain lanced across the Twi'lek's brain as his lekku were targeted. There was no mark. There was no blood. It was just pure pain.
"ARGH, MAKE IT STOP! Please... please make it stop! I'll do anything!" he said, visibly sobbing. He was cradling the tips of his lekku as if they had been chopped off, and his eyes were partially rolling around in their sockets.
"Fine. Just tell me who hired you... maybe you'll walk," Ragath sneered, his fangs glistening with saliva in the primal anticipation of the prey's flesh. Of course, no eating would occur, but instincts are instincts.
"It was a Hutt. Mordin. He lives over in the east slums, you can't miss his palace. The Officers leave him alone because he ti-" was all he could utter. Ragath had gotten the information needed, so he focused the neuronic whip onto the poor Twi'lek's right temple, maxing the intensity so that he would go into shock for at least a few hours.
With that, he walked off to find this Hutt. Perhaps the would-be assassin's info would prove useful.

(OOC: Since no one wants to play with me. :/OOC) The palace loomed ahead, a glorious building compared to the slums around it. It was surrounded by walls on all sides, to keep the slummies out. There was one entrance, or at least, only one visible. So, being the good lizard he was, Ragath headed to the sewers. He carefully slid a manhold off of the access tunnel, climbed down the hole, and slid it back over his head before dropping with a splash. Running swiftly, he fired a few muted shots into some maintenance workers..... (OOC: Come on, anyone wanna join?:/OOC)

Ragath approached a grate from which drifted the scent of incense and burned narcotics. He knew that this would probably lead to the throne room, so he bent down and peered through. Inside was a Hutt, two humans with some second-rate blaster rifles, and a Rodian.
He thought to himself, That Rodian looks like the guy I'm supposed to target, and that Hutt is probably the one whose goon attacked me. Looks like I oughta have some fun.
So, without further thought, he wrenched the grate off, thumbed a concussion grenade, and tossed it in. Two thuds, all that he needed, could be heard. He ducked in and, with a broad sweep, lashed at the Rodian and Hutt with the neuronic whip.
"Mordin, you pustular bag of slime, your reign of terror over the citizens of these slums ends now," he punctuated with a flurry of shots into the Hutt's gaping maw. The Rodian was merely punched in the face. He fell to the ground, unconscious before he hit the floor.
"Bah... that was too easy. This was the best a terrorist could do?" he said to himself, hoisting the limp Rodian onto his shoulder and sneaking back through the grate. He refastened it, making sure that his tracks were covered, and left, heading towards his ship through the sewers.

Ragath, with something that amounted to a Barabel grunt, hauled the limp Rodian out of the sewer with his tail. Utilizing a conveniently placed hovercart with tarp, he gave the Rodian another thump on the head for good measure, and dumped him.
He lead the cart to his ship, apparently unopposed by ANYTHING, and once there, placed the Rodian in one of the holding cells.
